We were seen 12 minutes after our appointment, so I think that was pretty good. The dental hygienist was wonderful. The dentist was wonderful. Only suggestion would be to have you clean people's retainers again. I was told you do not due to COVID... but that seems like a cop out to be lazy. All through COVID other dentists were cleaning retainers. Plus, COVID pandemic is now over.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Johnson and her staff. Everyone is always nice as soon as you walk into the door. The front desk, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Johnson all care about their patients and it shows. They all listen to me as well which is a huge plus. During my dental procedure with Dr Johnson I was relaxed the whole time there was never any discomfort. When I came in the staff at the front desk greeted me very good customer service from everyone. When I call they answer the phone, if I go into voicemail I leave a message and they call me back soon.
